Site administrators are responsible for adding (and maintaining) themes, plugins, pages and site content.
Paid themes and plugins are typically kept up-to-date more, and we recommend choosing those over the non-paid variety.
NOTE: themes/plugins – There are general VT policies/restrictions concerning software used by VT and it’s employees, (by legal), and as far as to what we understand, wordpress authorized themes and plugins are under this Umbrella.
